Your grad joins the call with you. The plan we build has to come from a conversation with the person doing the searching.

We’ll spend most of the call with your grad, hearing where things stand and outlining the work we can do together. Then I’ll ask them to hop off about five minutes early so you and I can talk numbers and next steps.
